Congratulations on the progress. I have hit a serious plateau in my own weight loss goals. Care to share your secret? How do you manage to lose 2+ pounds a week?
Snort – it comes and goes. This week was bad. I’m just about to post the update but it was a double birthday week (myself and my 5 year old) and thus I wasn’t very good at all.
